Referral Engagement, Notifications & Opt-In Preferences

As part of the Outcome Logix Candidate Referral Program, individuals who submit referrals may optionally elect to receive communications regarding current, upcoming, and forecasted opportunities within the Outcome Logix client ecosystem.

Participation in this section is entirely voluntary and not required to submit a referral or receive a referral bonus.

1. Subscription to Future & Forecasted Requirements

Referrers may choose to opt in to receive notifications related to staffing requirements, including anticipated or forecasted roles shared by Outcome Logix clients as part of workforce planning discussions.

2. Nature of Forecasted Roles (Important Disclosure)

Referrers acknowledge and understand that:

• Forecasted or pipeline roles are not guaranteed openings
• Timing, scope, location, budget, and hiring decisions may change or be withdrawn
• Notification of forecasted roles does not constitute:
  • A job offer
  • A guarantee of submission
  • A guarantee of placement or compensation

Forecasted role notifications are provided strictly for informational and planning purposes.

3. Future Availability Notifications

Referrers may also opt in to proactively notify Outcome Logix of their own future availability, including:

• Anticipated availability date(s)
• Preferred engagement type (contract, contract-to-hire, full-time)
• Preferred work location or remote preference
• Core skillsets or functional alignment

Submission of availability information does not create any obligation on Outcome Logix to submit or place the individual.

4. Communication, Data Use & Consent

By opting in, referrers agree that:

• Communications may be delivered via email, SMS, ATS notifications, or platform alerts
• Information will be used solely for:
  • Talent planning
  • Opportunity awareness
  • Workforce forecasting alignment
• Personal data will not be sold or shared outside Outcome Logix’s staffing ecosystem
• Opt-out requests will be honored at any time

5. No Recruiter, Agent, or Employment Relationship

Participation in opt-in notifications, including access to forecasted roles:

• Does not create an employment, agency, recruiter, or contractor relationship
• Does not authorize the referrer to represent Outcome Logix or its clients
• Does not entitle the referrer to compensation unless expressly agreed to in writing

All candidate submissions and hiring decisions remain subject to Outcome Logix’s internal processes and client approvals.
