SJ Senthil Jagadeesan
Senthil Jagadeesan
Board Director
LinkedIn

Senthil has spent more than 20 years working across technology and financial services. He started on the technology side, in software development and program management, before moving into procurement and vendor governance in banking. That gives him a dual lens few leaders carry: he understands both how technology and services get delivered, and how the enterprises buying them actually decide, structure, and manage those relationships.

Today he's a senior leader at a large regional bank, where he built the vendor governance function and leads oversight of a major global outsourcing program. His approach is simple: clarity over control. If the people doing the work understand what's expected and who owns it, the oversight takes care of itself. He's drawn to the practical question of how emerging tools and automation reshape the way work actually gets bought and delivered.

Based in Pittsburgh. Steelers fan. Believes the best frameworks are the ones people actually use.
