Job Description / Summary:

The Power Platform Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business applications and process automations using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and related tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role focuses on improving business efficiency by digitizing manual processes, integrating systems, and creating user-friendly, data-driven applications.





Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy canvas apps and model-driven apps using Power Apps.

  • Develop automated workflows and process efficiencies using Power Automate.

  • Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Teams, and other data sources.

  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

  • Maintain and optimize existing Power Apps and flows to ensure scalability and performance.

  • Implement security, governance, and data integrity standards within Power Platform solutions.

  • Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deploy enhancements.





Core Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) development.

  • Strong knowledge of Power Automate (Flow) for business process automation.

  • Experience integrating with SharePoint, OneDrive, Excel, SQL, Dynamics 365, or Microsoft Dataverse.

  • Understanding of Power BI and how it connects to Power Platform solutions (nice to have).

  • Basic understanding of PowerShell, JSON, and REST APIs for advanced integrations.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
