• Bachelor'sDegree (technical writing communications or related field)preferred;equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 4-6 years as a business analyst or previous writing experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Developing, Writing, Organizing, and Maintaining clear and accurate Procedures: Develop and manage a comprehensive library for EDIS operating control procedures.
· Performing Regular Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of these procedures to ensure they are current and effective.
· Coordinating and Documenting Reviews: Collaborate with appropriate personnel to coordinate and document these reviews.
· Aligning with Operational Goals: Work closely with the application support teams to ensure all procedures are aligned with our operational objectives.
· Identify any gaps or inconsistencies in existing procedures and propose improvements. · Overseeing Action Items: Oversee, coordinate, and track the status of finding action items, remediation plans, and other related tasks.
· Collaborate with EDIS teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify additional needs for operational procedures and develop them accordingly.
· Performing other functions such as metrics reporting and tracking.
