• Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
• Design and configure SAP SD modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
• Conduct thorough testing of SAP SD solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Plan and execute cutover activities, including data migration and system go-live.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members and functional consultants.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, business users, and management to ensure project success.
• Travel to China as needed for project activities, approximately 2-3 times over 6 months for 2-week stints.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Over 10 years of experience working with SAP ECC, with a focus on the SD module.
• Proven experience leading SAP SD implementation projects, including at least 3 full cycles.
• Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes and their integration with other SAP modules.
• US citizenship or Green Card is required.
• Willingness to travel to China for short-term assignments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

• SAP certification in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
• Experience implementing SAP SD in China or working with Chinese clients.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
