Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Zoho CRM Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Zoho CRM and a deep understanding of its technical aspects. As a Zoho CRM Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho CRM solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities:

Customization:
    • Configure Zoho CRM to meet client requirements.
    • Customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, and workflows.
    • Develop custom solutions using Zoho Creator and other Zoho applications.
  • Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions.
  • Integration:

    • Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications and third-party systems.
    • Develop and implement APIs for seamless data exchange between Zoho CRM and other software.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

    • Provide technical support to clients during and after implementation.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zoho CRM
Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Technical Consultant or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho Deluge scripting, and API integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
