Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Epicor Kinetic Consultant to lead and support the implementation, customization, and optimization of the Epicor Kinetic ERP platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, provide technical expertise, deliver best practices, and ensure the ERP system is aligned with the company's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support the end-to-end implementation of Epicor Kinetic ERP solutions, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • Analyze existing business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness using Epicor Kinetic capabilities.

  • Customize and configure Epicor modules (Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, etc.) according to business requirements.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and business intelligence tools within Epicor.

  • Provide training and support to users across different departments.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Document workflows, processes, training materials, and system changes.

  • Stay current with Epicor updates, patches, and new feature releases.
