Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level QA Engineer with expertise in both manual and automation testing. This role will
focus on ensuring the quality of our clients Auction technology platforms. Experience in real estate auction processes, especially with platforms like XOME or Willow, is highly preferred. The role is Remote.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute manual and automated test cases for auction workflows (bidding, property listing, etc.).
  • Build and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver and BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to clarify requirements and deliver tested features in Agile sprints.
  • Test auction-related APIs, database records, and backend logic for accuracy and security.
  • Manage defects using JIRA or similar tools, providing clear reproduction steps and logs.
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
  • Conduct regression, integration, and UAT testing during releases.
  • Document test plans, test cases, and QA status reports.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of QA experience in both manual and automation testing.
  • Hands-on experience withSelenium, SQL, JIRA, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Real estate or property auction experience is a strong plus (e.g., XOME, Willow).


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience testing auction workflows like foreclosures, REOs, and short sales.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
  • Familiarity with mobile testing and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
  • ISTQB or similar QA certifications.
