Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Agile-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will oversee project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication while applying Scrum methodologies to enhance team performance. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and Agile expertise to drive project success in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and dependencies.
  • Monitor and report project progress, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve project roadblocks.
  • Drive project execution using Agile and traditional project management best practices.
Scrum & Agile Facilitation:
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Support and guide Agile teams in applying Scrum principles to maximize efficiency and value delivery.
  • Identify and remove impediments to enhance team productivity.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback loops.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Ensure alignment between technical teams and business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams.
  • Promote transparency and knowledge sharing to enhance team collaboration.
