Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with product, QA, and development teams to prioritize and refine backlog items.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure delivery alignment.
Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Support testing, validation, and UAT processes to ensure solutions meet expectations.
Help manage product roadmaps, timelines, and progress tracking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as a Product Owner certification) are a plus.
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a technical environment, preferably with a focus on systems integration.
Strong knowledge of integration protocols and standards (e.g., APIs, microservices, middleware) and proficiency with integration technologies and frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing complex technical challenges and driving effective solutions.
Hands-on experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, and familiarity with modern software development methodologies and best practices.
