• Capture requirements for highly complex systems and/or multiple systems across various stakeholders; apply SDLC principles to deliverables.
• Bridge knowledge gaps for project teams transitioning to Agile, demonstrating expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Lead and contribute to the design process to ensure alignment with business requirements and optimized user experience.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, considering multiple users, risks, and impact scenarios, and communicate them effectively to the development team.

• 7-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or in related roles.
• Proven experience managing requirements with use cases and creating software requirements specifications.
• Strong background in creating user stories to define business needs for digital solutions.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in communicating with both technical and non-technical project team members.
• Extensive experience with Jira.
• Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience in banking and payments is a plus.
• Google Cloud experience or certification is a plus.
• Extensive experience creating business documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.
