We are seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern, high-performance web applications. This role requires deep expertise in React and Next.js, a strong focus on accessibility and performance, and the ability to mentor engineers while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.

You will play a key role in building scalable, content-driven applications, ensuring high code quality, and enabling safe, frequent deployments. The ideal candidate brings a customer-first mindset, strong technical leadership, and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy responsive, accessible, and high-performance front-end applications

  • Build and maintain applications using React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript

  • Integrate and manage headless and traditional CMS platforms for content-driven experiences

  • Ensure code quality, maintainability, testing coverage, and deployment best practices

  • Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver customer-centric solutions

  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through pairing, reviews, technical guidance, and feedback

  • Partner with Engineering Managers on team performance, hiring decisions, and career development

  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and advocate for innovation and best practices


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience

  • 7+ years of professional front-end development experience

  • Expert-level proficiency in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript

  • Hands-on experience with headless CMS platforms

  • Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and SEO

  • Proficiency with modern front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier)

  • Experience consuming REST APIs

  • Strong testing experience with tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress

  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and front-end deployment workflows

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote-first environment

  • Strong product mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences
