• Work directly with clients to understand their field service operations and translate requirements into Salesforce Field Service solutions.
  
  
• Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce Field Service configurations, including service territories, work types, service appointments, crews, scheduling policies, and dispatching.
  
  
• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and functional design sessions.
  
  
• Customize and configure Salesforce (including Lightning Experience) to meet business needs.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and QA.
