Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on the service account lifecycle management, including discovery, inventory, password rotation, and other remediation tasks associated with the Service Account Governance program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Account Governance: Collaborate with application and infrastructure engineers to execute service account remediation steps, including discovery, inventory, risk assessments, password rotation, and access reviews.
  • Program Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring the service account governance program to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Process Development: Define efficient intake processes for new requests, requirements, application onboarding for access provisioning, and access re-certifications.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize metrics for ongoing assessment and recommend technologies or processes to enhance the IAM program's efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Automation and Innovation: Drive automation initiatives and innovative solutions to streamline internal and external business processes.
  • Systems Development: Participate in all phases of systems development, including requirements, design, development, client training, data conversion, testing, and maintenance.
  • Presentations: Create high-quality presentations to address challenges and propose solutions for quick resolutions.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Proven expertise in identity and access management with a focus on service account lifecycle management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong data collection and manipulation skills; familiarity with application and infrastructure discovery and inventory processes.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey challenges and solutions.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to perform discovery and analysis, architecture and solution design, and implement best practices.
  • Project Management: Experience in planning, execution, and monitoring of IAM programs.
  • Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate with external vendors and partners.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Relevant IAM certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
  • Tools: Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, etc.).
