1. Training & On-Job Support:
   
   
   • Provide hands-on training and coaching to stamping die design experts transitioning from CATIA to NX CAD as part of a digital transformation initiative.
   • Support the team in understanding and applying NX for stamping die processes and die designs.
2. Experience & Knowledge:
   
   
   • 15 to 20 years of strong expertise in NX solid modeling with proficiency in stamping die design.
   • In-depth experience in Automotive Body-in-White (BIW) component die design.
   • Knowledge of die design standards and ancillary tools.
3. Additional Technical Skills:
   
   
   • Familiarity with PLM software like Teamcenter is highly preferred.
   • Experience with digital transformation and CAD migration projects is an advantage.
4. Onsite Presence:
   
   
   • The role requires a physical presence at the Client's North America office for 6 months.

• NX CAD Expertise: Advanced knowledge of NX solid modeling and stamping die processes.
• Automotive BIW Knowledge: Experience with die designs for automotive body-in-white components.
• PLM Systems: Familiarity with Teamcenter or similar product lifecycle management tools.
• Training & Coaching: Ability to train and mentor a team of die design experts.
• Digital Transformation Experience: Understanding of CAD migration projects, particularly from CATIA to NX.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to work closely with client teams onsite.
