• Serve as the primary technical expert on Oracle Cloud EPM, advising the development team on best practices, optimization strategies, and system improvements.
• Provide mentorship and support to less experienced developers, continually enhancing the team’s technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure that EPM modules align with business objectives and enterprise initiatives.
• Oversee and troubleshoot the monthly cycle processes that run overnight, ensuring timely completion and addressing any issues that arise.
• Recommend enhancements to existing EPM applications, and contribute to the design and implementation of new solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud EPM updates and ensure the team is leveraging new features effectively.
  
  

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, with a strong focus on implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM applications, with the ability to advise and lead technical discussions and decisions.
• Mentorship: Proven experience mentoring and leading development teams, especially those with varying levels of experience.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying and resolving issues within the EPM monthly cycle processes.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
