 Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with expertise in Java and ReactJS, who will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of scalable applications on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement secure and high-performance Java applications, while also handling the front end with ReactJS. Strong technical leadership skills are essential, as this role includes mentoring a team of software engineers and driving the successful delivery of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks.
  • Application Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Java applications on GCP, with a responsive front end using ReactJS.
  • Collaboration: Work with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Full Software Development Life Cycle: Manage coding standards, code reviews, version control, and build processes to ensure optimal development.
  • Cloud Architecture: Architect data modeling and data integration strategies within GCP and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
  • Innovation: Stay current with industry trends to ensure applications remain cutting-edge and competitive.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 10+ years in Java application development.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Backend: Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate.
  • Frontend: ReactJS, HTML, CSS.
  • GCP Services: Google App Engine, Google Compute Engine, Google Cloud Storage, Google Cloud SQL.
  • Architecture: Microservices, RESTful API development.
  • DevOps: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes.

  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
