Job Description

This is an onsite role with minimum 4 days in office, and work directly under the senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
Data collection from various sources, clean & validate the data
Analyze the data for the patterns & any anomalies
Use predictive models & techniques for insights
Create dashboards/reports
Experience:
6 plus years of IT experience in Data Analyst/Data Scientist roles
Business Knowledge of Telecom eCommerce Omni channel (OSS/BSS)
Hands on experience in SQL, Python, Databricks
Hands-on experience in Data Visualization Tools – Tableau (preferred) or Power BI.
Hands-on experience in Data Analytics, AL/ML – LLM and do predictive analysis
Familiarity with ETL, Data pipelines
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with cloud platform – AWS/Azure/Google
Able to work with less or no guidance
