Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in ACH payments to oversee and manage projects related to electronic payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ACH processes, and banking regulations, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end projects focused on ACH payment systems, including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including banking partners, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met.
Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set deadlines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Ensure compliance with NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) regulations and other banking standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and mitigate project risks, while ensuring proper change management procedures are followed.
Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and other stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Lead testing efforts, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), to ensure that ACH payment solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization.
