Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in ACH payments to oversee and manage projects related to electronic payment solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of ACH processes, and banking regulations, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end projects focused on ACH payment systems, including system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including banking partners, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set deadlines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) regulations and other banking standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, while ensuring proper change management procedures are followed.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to senior leadership and other stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Lead testing efforts, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), to ensure that ACH payment solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage project budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal utilization.
