Job Brief:

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Mapping & Attribution:
  Own and manage attribution mapping from source systems to target analytics data assets, including star marts, extracts, and point-to-point solutions.
  
  
• Translation & Development:
  Translate business requirements into detailed mapping documents, develop and test datasets, and create maintainable code to promote delivery efficiency.
  
  
• Collaboration & Mentorship:
  Provide mentorship to junior analysts and collaborate with teams to improve data solutions through technical insights, peer code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  
• Technical Assessment:
  Evaluate new data solutions for technical viability, and provide recommendations on design, performance optimization, and solution development.
  
  
• Documentation & Compliance:
  Contribute to technical documentation, create context diagrams for auditability, and ensure compliance with risk management practices.
  
  
• Business Rules & Transformation:
  Build and enhance data mapping documents with business rules, transformation logic, and SQL to support Wealth domain data solutions.
  
  
• Leadership in Data Sessions:
  Participate in Mapping Review and Data Architecture Review sessions, providing feedback and contributing to ongoing data model development.
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
  Master’s Degree with 4+ years of data analytics experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years of experience (or equivalent military/work experience).
  
  
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong experience in SQL, SAS, and Python.
  • Expertise in data mapping and data modeling.
  • Proficient with Google Cloud Platform (notably BigQuery).
    
    
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to lead mapping review meetings and step into a Business Analyst role when needed to ensure project continuity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Asana).
• Familiarity with Wealth Systems (e.g., Envestnet, Pershing, GlobalPlus, Omnipay Nextgen).
• Experience with AbInitio or AbInitio Spectrograph.
• Experience working with APIs and solution orchestration layers.
• Expertise in portfolio planning, project prioritization, and risk management.
