Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud PLM Lead for Phase 1 of a project where a prototype has already been completed. This role involves working with an existing team of functional and technical experts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform Fit/Gap analysis and gather business requirements.
  2. Lead client interactions, including arranging meetings and guiding efforts.
  3. Collaborate effectively with the client and team without waiting for instruction.

Requirements:
  1. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud PLM, preferably more than one project.
  2. Proven leadership experience in similar roles.
  3. Technical knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Interview Process:
  • Initial interview with the hiring manager.
  • Screening by an existing resource.
  • At least two interviews with the client.
