Job Description

Job Overview:
The Business Process Risk Identification (BPRI) Process Engineer will be a key contributor to the Next Gen Enterprise Transformation (nGet) organization's BPRI program. The primary focus will be collaborating with line-of-business and risk partners to develop accurate and comprehensive process maps using various documentation sources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with line of business and risk partners to develop appropriate process maps.
  • Review provided documentation to understand business processes, risks, and controls.
  • Facilitate process map walk-through sessions and elicit feedback from partners.
  • Link business processes to risks, controls, and other relevant elements within the process maps.
  • Apply critical thinking to provide recommendations on business process design, risks, and controls.
  • Effectively utilize written and verbal instructions to meet project objectives.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business process modeling, analysis, compliance, or risk management.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate and build relationships with diverse teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software.
  • Basic technology knowledge and familiarity with process engineering software.
  • Strong organizational skills and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with IBM Blueworks Live or similar process engineering software.
