Job Summary
The Project Manager will lead client-facing projects, ensuring timely completion of business initiatives. Responsibilities include managing budgets, scheduling, coordinating teams, and advocating for additional resources when necessary.

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, objectives, and feasibility with stakeholders.
  • Develop and track project plans via Jira, Confluence, and PMO standards.
  • Manage deliverables, milestones, and client alignment.
  • Handle project scope, schedule, and cost changes.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants.
  • Communicate with clients, attend meetings, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Track project performance, manage RAID logs, and escalate concerns.
  • Partner with vendors and executives; travel required.

Qualifications
  • Experience in project management, preferably in Food & Beverage, Cosmetics, or Chemicals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Life Sciences, IT, Law, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence).
  • Project management certifications (PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP) and experience with PLM and compliance software are a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects.
