Key Responsibilities
• Develop and drive Digital SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility for our
products and services.
• Partner with content, merchandising, and digital marketing teams to optimize product
pages, category pages, and blog content.
• Manage on-page, off-page, backlinks and technical SEO best practices.
• Lead initiatives to improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first performance
across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors, developers, and IT to identify bottlenecks (JavaScript, caching,
CDN usage, image optimization).
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve performance issues impacting SEO and customer
experience.
• Identify and track high-traffic and high-conversion pages to ensure content, keywords,
and internal linking are fully optimized.
• Evaluate tools and implement processes to provide ongoing measurement and reporting
of speed and SEO health.
• Ensure vendor-delivered insights translate into actionable improvements.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Lighthouse, SEMrush, Ahrefs,
GTMetrix, and WebPageTest to measure site performance.
• Track organic traffic growth, rankings, conversion rate improvements, and site speed
metrics.
• Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SEO, site performance optimization, or technical digital
marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Core Web Vitals, page load optimization, and technical SEO
audits.
• Strong knowledge of retail/eCommerce environments and how SEO drives product
discoverability.
• Ability to analyze high-traffic content/pages and optimize for maximum SEO impact.
• Stong knowledge on with UI/web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms,
CDNs).
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Experience Manager for image
and media optimization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and
vendor engagements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
