Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, owning the relationship and ensuring clear communication at every step.
Lead intake calls, strategy discussions, and regular cadence meetings, aligning client objectives with actionable results.
Utilize our high-performing teams and the ScreenedTalent platform to guarantee both rapid response and exceptional candidate quality.
Proactively manage issues and provide strategic recommendations to meet evolving client needs.
Lead Generation & Growth
Identify, research, and engage with decision-makers—Directors, VPs, and CTOs—in tech-forward companies.
Conduct thoughtful outreach through LinkedIn, email, and referrals to secure qualified introduction calls.
Build and nurture a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, effectively transitioning prospects into active client accounts.
Collaborate with leadership to expand our presence into strategic verticals such as data, cloud, product, and digital engineering.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in staffing, professional services, or a related client-facing role.
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, drive account growth, and generate new business.
Strong understanding of the recruiting lifecycle, including contract and contract-to-hire models.
Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting best practices is a plus.
Prior experience in technical recruiting or interfacing with tech environments is highly desirable.
Willingness and availability to work US time zones.
