Location: Remote, with potential travel to China (is a plus) and flexibility to take off-hours calls with the China team

Job Description:
Outcome Logix is seeking a highly experienced SAP Project Management professional to join our team for a 3-4 month project. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP project management and will be responsible for overseeing and executing critical project phases, including cutover activities and ITC2 & ITC3 processes. The role requires excellent communication skills and flexibility to accommodate off-hours calls with our team in China.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage SAP projects with a focus on cutover activities and ITC2 & ITC3 processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Facilitate and participate in meetings with the China team during off-hours as required.
  • Potential travel to China for 2 weeks during the go-live phase.

Required Qualifications:
  • Over 10 years of SAP Project Management experience
  • Proven experience in cutover activities and ITC2 & ITC3 processes
  • SAP experience in PTP, Data Migration, and SAP Integration is preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to take off-hours calls with the China team
  • Ability and willingness to travel to China for 2 weeks during the go-live

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with international teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
