By subscribing, individuals may receive curated notifications about current, upcoming, or anticipated requirements within the Outcome Logix client ecosystem. Subscribers may also use these updates to refer qualified candidates within their professional network when appropriate.

Participation in this subscription is entirely voluntary and is not required to apply for a role, submit a referral, or receive any referral-related compensation.

Outcome Logix – Candidate Referral Program
Acknowledgment, Rules & Terms
Purpose

The Outcome Logix Candidate Referral Program ("Referral Program") is designed to encourage the referral of qualified, new candidates to Outcome Logix, LLC ("Outcome Logix") for contract, contract-to-hire, or full-time opportunities with our clients.

Participation in this program is voluntary and subject to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility to Participate

To be eligible to participate in the Referral Program, the referrer must:

  • Be an individual (not a business entity)
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States (or applicable jurisdiction)
  • Comply with all applicable laws, contractual obligations, and ethical standards

Outcome Logix reserves the right to approve or reject any referral at its sole discretion.


2. Eligible Candidates ("Referred Candidates")

A referral is considered eligible only if:

  • The candidate is new to Outcome Logix (i.e., not already in our ATS, pipeline, or previously submitted within the last 12 months)
  • The candidate was not already known to or in discussion with Outcome Logix
  • The referrer is the first person to submit the candidate
  • The candidate consents to being referred and to Outcome Logix contacting them

Only one referral bonus may be paid per candidate, regardless of how many roles the candidate is hired for.

Self-referrals are not permitted.


3. Referral Submission Requirements

To qualify, the referral must include complete and accurate information, such as:

  • Candidate full name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Resume or LinkedIn profile
  • Relationship to the candidate (personal/professional)

Outcome Logix may require referrals to be submitted via a designated form, email, or platform.


4. Referral Bonus Eligibility & Conditions

A referral bonus may be earned only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The referred candidate is successfully placed with an Outcome Logix client
  • The candidate:
    • Works a minimum of 80 billable hours for contract roles OR
    • Completes 90 consecutive days of employment for full-time placements
  • The candidate remains in good standing during the qualifying period
  • No conflict of interest exists

Partial completion of the above requirements does not qualify for a referral bonus.


5. Referral Reward Amount

This referral is not eligible for a referral bonus.


6. Conflicts of Interest & Exclusions

The following individuals are not eligible to receive referral bonuses:

  • Hiring managers, interviewers, or decision-makers involved in the candidate's hiring
  • Vendors, staffing agencies, or third-party recruiters
  • Individuals bound by non-compete, non-solicitation, or confidentiality obligations that would be violated by the referral
  • Any referral that, in Outcome Logix's judgment, creates a real or perceived conflict of interest

Outcome Logix reserves the right to disqualify any referral that violates internal policies or client agreements.


7. Anonymous Referrals & Opt-Out of Referral Rewards

Referrers may choose to submit a referral anonymously. By selecting the anonymous option, the referrer expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are opting out of the Sales Referral Program, including any referral reward, compensation, donation, or associated benefit.

Anonymous referrals are eligible for review and pursuit by Outcome Logix; however, they are not eligible for referral rewards under any circumstances.


8. Payment Terms

Referral bonuses, if approved, will be paid within 30–45 days after verification that all eligibility requirements have been met.

All payments are subject to:

  • Applicable tax withholding
  • Compliance verification
  • Client payment receipt (where applicable)

9. Special Terms for Outcome Logix Employees

If you are a current employee of Outcome Logix or its affiliates, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation in the Referral Program is voluntary
  • Any time spent referring candidates is non-compensable
  • Your only compensation related to referrals is the approved referral bonus, if any

Referral activities must be minimal, occur outside of core work responsibilities, and not interfere with assigned duties.

Referral bonuses will be paid as supplemental income and processed through payroll, subject to applicable tax withholding.


10. Special Terms for Non-Employees

If you are not an employee of Outcome Logix, you acknowledge that:

  • You are not an agent, recruiter, or employee of Outcome Logix
  • You may be required to complete onboarding documentation, submit IRS Form W-9, and provide any additional compliance documentation required

Payments will be reported in accordance with IRS regulations. If total payments exceed IRS thresholds, a Form 1099-NEC may be issued. Failure to complete required documentation may result in forfeiture or delay of payment.


11. Program Modifications & Termination

Outcome Logix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, change bonus amounts, eligibility rules, or payment terms, and make final determinations regarding referral validity and payouts. Changes may be made with or without notice.


12. Acknowledgment

By submitting a referral, you acknowledge that you have:

  • Read and understood this document
  • Agreed to comply with all program rules
  • Confirmed that your referral does not violate any contractual or legal obligations
