With Thanksgiving around the corner, I found myself thinking about why this particular week feels especially meaningful. Gratitude comes easily when you pause long enough to appreciate how far you’ve come—and how many people helped you get here.
This year, Outcome Logix was selected once again as a Pittsburgh Tech Council Tech 50 Finalist for 2025—our second time in just five years (2025 and 2022). For a company that has only existed for half a decade, being recognized twice is something we do not take lightly.
We may not have taken the award home this year, but the acknowledgment itself is a milestone—and one we are truly grateful for.
A heartfelt thank you to Audrey Russo, Brian, Jonathan, Brendan, Ashley, and every member of the Pittsburgh Technology Council team for your unwavering support and for your commitment to strengthening our region’s tech ecosystem.
As I reflected on the recognition, I also reflected on the “why” behind it. What exactly defines us? What continues to differentiate Outcome Logix in a crowded, fast-moving industry? And why do people resonate with what we’re building?
Below is a glimpse into the principles and philosophies that shape us.
Our definition of “customer” is intentionally broad.
Clients, employees, vendors, and candidates—each one plays a critical role in the experience we deliver. Success happens when every point in the ecosystem aligns.
We saw a significant gap in how the staffing industry traditionally presented candidates.
Resumes alone were never enough.
So, we built our platform from the ground up.
Today, our clients receive well-qualified, video-screened candidates evaluated by industry experts, ensuring a consistent, data-driven, competency-based hiring process focused on quality and speed.
Few staffing companies operate with this structure.
Every requirement is contextualized by engineers who understand the technology, the nuance, and the evolving landscape.
This ensures accuracy in role framing, better matching, and better outcomes.
We built EngageClient and EngageVendor with one purpose—to simplify interactions across the entire hiring lifecycle.
Not another cookie-cutter ATS.
A real-time, intuitive experience designed around the people who use it.
Now, we’re introducing o-Genie, our first agentic chatbot—capable of guiding clients and vendors, surfacing insights, and taking actions that used to take hours.
Every requirement is paired with experts from leading companies like IBM, Samsung, and others.
This gives us the ability to identify and present tech-company-level talent—without the tech-company cost structure—ensuring deep competency for critical projects.
We believe that giving back starts with understanding why a cause matters.
Our D-CSR model allows employees to choose the causes they care about most—because every act of giving begins with a WHY.
With 61,000+ LinkedIn followers and a widespread client/vendor network, we can not only contribute—we can amplify purpose and awareness across communities.
We are thankful for the 800+ registered vendors and 10+ enterprise clients who trust us and partner with us.
These relationships form the backbone of our marketplace.
And the trust placed in us continues to drive everything we build.
As we head into Thanksgiving week, I am reminded of how far we’ve come—and how many individuals, teams, and partners have played a role in our journey.
To our clients—thank you for your trust.
To our candidates—thank you for representing us.
To our vendors and partners—thank you for your collaboration.
To our employees—thank you for giving everything you have, every single day.
To the Pittsburgh tech community—thank you for inspiring us.
And to everyone who believes in what we’re building at Outcome Logix—thank you for being part of our story.
We’re grateful.
We’re energized.
And we’re just getting started.
Happy Thanksgiving.
